P0430 code

my car did not want to idle on cold start up this morning, finally got it to stay running, got to work and pulled the code P0430, I have a new bosch sensor at home, my question is would this cause my rough idle this morning, I had one go out about 2 months ago it was the front sensor on passenger side that fixed that but not sure this is the problem, I have long tube headers, with cats, dumped at axle, cold air intake, 70MM throttle body with spacer, hopefully did not leave anything out thanks for any input, and also this is the downstream on the drivers side correct?

P0430 is a cat efficiency code, normally means your cat is bad, not a sensor. The only way a bad cat would cause a running issue was if it was plugged up, but it the car ran OK once you got it running, you have another issue.
