PAINT MATCH?

Ok so I've decided that my anodized aluminum valvecovers have become boring and just meeeeeeh. So I sent the valve covers, vent, and breather lid and base to a friend of mine to be pain matched tuxedo black to match the car. Should have them back tomorrow or Friday so I'll post pics then. Here are some pics of some fresh black paint on the timing cover and block

Is this a nice clean touch or rice?

I'm not sure how painting something results in it being "rice". I think that term is really overused, and very loosely for that matter.

It'll look great. Definitely an improvement over the aluminium look. The block looks good too.

Thanks guys. I guess I see more Hondas with painted up engine bays and crazy looking valve covers. That's more what I was referring to. I'm actually really excited to see how it comes out.
