Here are a couple of the paint sketches they did on my car.
He was thinking of a red, white, blue thing.

Pretty damn good line drawing of the mustang too.

we've tried a few other things, it's not set yet, and these are HIS ideas.
Just thought you'd like to see them. Deciding on the paint scheme is harder than I thought!!!

What do you guys think?

I like the front end of the bottom one... if it could flow into sort of the back end of the top one that would be rad!

The two tone look of the last one is the best I think. I'm just not crazy with the "blast" on the door

the last one is actually growing on me. at first I said "too busy"
I dont' like the grassy looking thingie on the side, but the front end looks pretty good.

Right now I"m thinking over whether I wanna go big color, or more subtle. It's hard to decide.

keeep is simple i would say. i dont like either of the schemes.. i dont mind graphics if they are like tasteful but IMO those will not look so hot.

1 out of 10 for me.

drawings are good though.

That's the other half of it for me. keeping it clean looking.

Decisions, descisions... :comando:

I'm thinking small, clean on the body line and something on the hood...

i liked when you taped off the area from the front quarter back with the stripe(in a previous thread) I think itd be sweet to have a marble paint stripe

I have anothe pic of that, we tweaked it up a bit.
I'm thinking more along that line.

I agree David, totally NFS gallery!
that's funny, I said the same thing to them when he showed me the drawings. :hammer:

Fets, before when I was contemplating color change it came down to DSG and Berilium orange.
but at this point, I'm not willing to pull the motor again to paint the bay... ugh.

But this is a tough decision. True blue candy would also be bad ass looking....
maybe I should do another poll?

Thats the first thing that came to me too.

Out of the three, I like the first one the best but I am not a big fan of any of them really. I think it would look better just keeping it to a simple two-tone and maybe a small tribal stripe in the middle of the two to break them up.

look into custom pinstrippers.. the ones that free hand paint with a brush. Be a little bit different.. have whoever do it in a tasteful design

I think doing a paint job like that would be kind of clashing with your body work...

You are going for a clean shaved look with the body of your car, and a messy paintjob would take away from the subtle clean mods you have done.
