this has probably been posted before but for the people with aftermarket hoods, about how much would it cost to have it painted to match?

Probably about 300-400 hundred for a nice job cant see it being much more than that.

now is that like the starting price for just obtaining the paint you want? like would it be much more if you had a new bumper and say some side scoops as well?

Add another 300 for the bumper... It all depends how much prep work has to be done. Usually new hoods have to be baked, primered, sanded etc. before they can be painted.

Yeah it all depends on the prep work. When i was looking at going with a different bumper the shop i went to said to be careful when you buy bumpers and that stuff cause sometimes the y wont be prepped for shit and will need a ton of work. And that can get really expesive really quick. But sonic stang is right about most hoods needing that prep work he listed dont but still I think 300 to 400 hundred for it all.
