may possibly need to do some grind to fit the p.i. cams in but don't know where. I recomend you degree the cams to avoid any ptv possable. you don't need adapter plates for the intake but it would improve the flow. other than that gaskets a heater hose and a nipple!

no need for grinding of the cams...they fit perfectly. You don't need to degree them as long as you install the timing straight up and match your links etc...the pi cams are mild and won't cause ptv unless you really fuck up the chains and are off a tooth or two.

OK parts needed would be RTV to seal the water jackets in conjuction with the pi gaskets
you will need the pi heater tube and nipple
and you will need a pi alternator bracket but you can modify yours to work.
new o ring for water pump and thats all i can think of off the top of my head...i have a parts list saved somewhere so if i find it i'll post it.
