F1VY-8507-A water pump o-ring $2.43
XR3Z-9L437-BA upper plenum o-ring $3.05
F75Z-8555-AA coolant tube nipple $5.73

cheers in advance everybody!

P.S or is there another cheap but better cam i can get and install instead?

If you have an alumiunm crossover on your old intake swap them then you can hook your stock alternator bracket up and your stock two sensors. my intake cam with a lower plenum gasket already so you would probably not need that you shouldn't have any cam issues i have header you had to grind somewhere but i don't know where. and second make sure you don't have ptv contact ford did get pretty lazy on timing it could be off..

you can go over to www.modulardepot.com in the ford parts forum section and post up and tell Randy what you are doing and he'll tell you what you need and give you great prices on it. Thats where i get all my stuff.

oh and no need to play with the tune after, it will adjust itself...now getting a dyno tune will make the most of the new power.

no you don't need a tune after the cam/intake swap....nor the head swap either...BUT you will maximize the new airflow/power with one.

96-98 is return style..99-04 is returnless...the 2 are not interchangable unless you swap everything...what is it you need to know? The return style is easier to upgrade and cheaper! You can use your existing fuel rails when swapping to PI stuff, no need to worry about the returnless crap.

so im now only gonna do the intake swap, so i dont have to do anything with the fuel system, just keep to what ive got?

that makes life soooo much easier!

apart from livernois does anybody know any compnys that do a full intake swap kit??
