I'm in the process of a p.i. head and intake swap because I had one of my plugs blow out :santa_cry:.I'm sorta confused on which spark and what gap I should use.My only other mod is a chip any help would be appriciated as always and sorry I hav'nt been on in awile.thank you.

any plug is ok (motorsport/NGK/Autolite etc)...gapped at .054 for NA

i just changed my plugs yeasterday. i've had the car for about 3000 miles and it has a total of 75000 miles on it. this was the first time the plugs have been changed in it. i pulled them out and they were gapped at .080"!!!!! they also looked like shit from all the coolant running down on them. its a wonder why my car didnt miss. 
Thanks for the help guys I got my heads back from the shop today cost me double because I overlooked a bad gouge in the mating surface we were walking around a dark nasty damp warehouse!Can't wait to drive the car once it's done.
