If you are planning on 8 psi like we talked about probably about what I make...But remember I am a 5sp. you are an auto...same numbers on a dyno dont translate to the same track times.

If you are curious email Jason at steen racing

sounds sweet, you'll like that!

HP will depend on how much boost you run.
it will certainly be capable of that.

thats what I was going to suggest, plus use a intercooler
+1 on the intercooler, thats going to be a lot compression for a blower, so make sure its not pinging!!!!

he will be fine as long as he has a solid tune. I suggested meth. injection regardless of IC or not.

Can't you just thicker gaskets to keep the compression down? 40 is standard right? What size would be good if planning on running a blower/turbo later on? 50? 60? :dunno:

with the thicker gaskets I would think there would be a higher chance of blowing them out.

It's called a Cometic Gasket.
It does lower the compression.

But, it's not cheap, and any good tuner can get a blower running well on 10.3:1 compression.
