No sir, all Extreme models are built off GT chassis. The motors were built by Speedlab team which for 03-04 cars were the same team thtat built the S7 supercars. They were built next to each other.

Actually 03-04 Saleen cobras get the Saleen treatment minus brakes, no motor upgrades, etc. they are basically a cobra with Saleen body kit and suspension.
