It's not a SPF record, since the site doesn't appear to have one. See if your getting them delivered to junk (not sure if you checked that or not, didn't read every message, lol).

It's not a SPF record, since the site doesn't appear to have one.

Every server that sends mail is SUPPOSED to have one. It's like a digital signature to certify the outgoing mail is legit and not spoofed. On the receiving end, some (not all) mail filters will drop incoming messages sent from servers without a valid SPF record.

It's more of a suggested thing than a must have on SPF records, I'd never completely dismiss mail with our spam filters at work for no SPF, but if the sender doesn't MATCH the ones that have SPF, they are rbl'ed.

Most likely the server is still set up to send through the old SMTP server at the old host, and needs to be changed (at least that's what I'd guess).
