Glad to see you aren't loosing motivation with it!

Also, just for the record, anyone can boost an engine and make it quick. It takes real talent and dedication to build something worthwhile that's fast and still N/A.

waiting on new main and rod bearings to show up, the crank had .010" taken out.

block is on the stand and coated to be protected while I wait

heads were cleaned, surfaced and had a couple spark plug threads repaired

Cobra crank ready to go

Picked up ARP main studs and EGR delete

My free 2003 Cobra pistons. Also got a new throwout bearing, a head gasket and one head's worth of bolts

Update:

the messenger pigeon that Rock Auto uses for shipping finally arrived with my bearings last thursday. Friday, the fun begin. The shortblock was assembled and checked over. Saturday it became a longblock and the cams were timed up. Sunday, the longblock was sealed up, mated to it's trans and reinstalled into the Mach. Sunday night, the Mach was awakened and breathed once again.

Glad to hear you've got it running! Hopefully it's the last time that motor has to come out. Good luck!
