Pop Rivets???

I am needing to undo the rivets in both my cars to lower the hood latch for the new hoods, remove the stock Ebrake handle assembly from my Cobra to replace it with a 99+ Dark Charcoal one, and some other things that are held in with rivets. However, I have never done this before.

How do I remove the old rivets?
Where do I get new rivets?
How do I put them in?

Far as I have seen, you can drill them out. As for replacing them you need a pop rivet gun. Now where to get the ones that fit your application, not too sure.

That one comes with a few rivets, and does more sizes than their cheapie (but the cheapie is like 5 bucks).

I have that rivet gun (big one for $20) and it works much better than the crappy cheap one. You should be able to get more rivets at home depot, lowes, ace, whatever hardware store. Installation is pretty straight forward, put the rivet through the hole, make sure the handles are open, slide the end of the gun over the rivet all the way to the base. Close the handles and marvel in the awesomeness that is = rivet. You may have to open and close the handles twice for it to crimp it, and then snap the excess.
