Not Mustang related, but on my ‘12 Ram: a J&L oil separator catch can. I figure since I’m keeping it and it has 193,000 on the odo, it wouldn’t hurt to do what I can to help it continue running best it can.

Had these LMR upper/lower door hinges zinc coated in black . Next up: the installation!

Did they disassemble them? What about the plastic bushings?

EDIT: I'm not trying to infer that it would be a problem, I really don't know. I'm asking if that plating (coating?) would affect the plastic bushings.

The plater actually recommended this coating in lieu of powder or ceramic coating for those very reasons. Definitely legitimate questions and concerns, whip, ash, but everything looks in good shape ++

These turned out really nice . My drivers door was sagging a bit I just took the easy way out and put two washers on the bottom hinge where it attaches to the door . She closes like new again , my painter said when he does the whole car in a couple years will do hinges I’ve gotta fresh set of door pins here but I was too nervous to scratch the door or fender changing them out by myself at home .

Interested to see the fitment on the fuel rails.

Pictures look identical to the Aeromotive rails, but I sure don’t want red under the hood and they’re the same price as used ones so we will see. I am pretty optimistic about them but I’m going to dry mount before it goes together.

Installed my new Moser axles (fox length).
Modified my stock brake brackets and installed ARP 2.5" wheel studs.
Got my 16x10" Bogart Racing wheels (from my 03 cobra) to fit with the 28x10x16 Hoosier C07 slicks. Had to use a 1/2" spacer to clear tailpipes and inner fender. May try a 1/4" spacer next.

Hooks great (surprisingly) on a 100hp nitrous shot on the street.
Going to dyno the car this weekend and dial in the tuneup.
