Grabbed a welder for the fox project.
Time to get to learning now, no excuses.
My friend (professional welder) told me exactly what welder to buy. Hobart Handler 140. Most of the internals are Miller. Found one for a great price.
$400 for the Welder, cart, full tank of gas, gloves, spools of wire etc etc.

My family is growing soon, so I needed a bit larger daily driver. I sold my Mondeo and bought a 2020 S-Max. I don't know if the model is known in the US or not, it is basically a van based on the Mondeo.

We in the states get a compact electric C-Max. I know all about family growth! My rides had to include at minimum 6 seats. My last go getter was a long version Transit connect. Other than being underpowered for its size, I loved it and the fuel milage was better than any other mini van comparable. Great looking ride tho. I would be proud to drive it

Bought a supercharged 2010 f150 platinum for the wife today. She’s tired of driving an suv and really wanted a truck. Bought this for 5k with a nice hole in the block, once I pull all the supercharger stuff off and put a stock 5.4 in she will have her truck and I’ll have a blower for my mustang! Now that’s a win win.

What do you plan on putting that blower on?

Edit: Nevermind I saw. I think it’s a cool idea but you’ll have your work cut out for ya just fitting the 5.4 in there and you’ll need a new hood as well.

Thanks man, I’ll most likely run a tubular k member and run a cowl. I was already kinda planning on a cowl of some sort.

My Sparco GT drivers seat finally arrived. Will pick up tomorrow (Tuesday) but will be torture for a while since my shoulder surgery is Wednesday so it’ll be a while until I will be able-bodied enough to install it :-(

But there is the satisfaction of knowing it’s there. Waiting! :)

I didn’t want the full race “shell” style seat, just something with more leg and torso support is good enough for me!

I’m very curious to see how you like these once they’re installed. I’ve been eyeballing them since they came out but just haven’t seen a set in person to make a judgement on them. They look nice for the price.
