Well folks . . tomorrow is the moment of truth. I get to run it all out!!

I'll be launching it at 5,000 rpm and my shift light is set at 7,800 . . .

So, I'm looking for predictions. Closest to the number gets a free PhatBoyPerformance.com pen!!!! :dancing6:

I'm predicting 9.42 at 141mph . . . but I'm an optimist . . lol.

I predict you to end up in the year 1885 after you break the 10 second mark.

I predict they will close the track as soon as you get there because they dont want your awesome car to tear the pavement off of their track.....

95Boss wins the pen.

The car ran like poo poo . . . it's pig rich, not enough timing, and I still can't get the oil to stop filling up the valve covers.

It ran 10.26 @ 131 right off the trailer . . when I wasn't "trying" to go fast.

Best I got after that . . when I WAS trying to go fast was 10.34@134

I gotta pull the plugs and see what the hell is going on . . . then re jet the injectors and bump the timing up to 40 (from 36)

I'm frustrated as HELL!!!!!!

I run 10s in my grandmas stock 1990 station wagon, on a 90 degree day with groceries in the back, and my grandma riding shotgun with a shoutgun, and with a donut wheel on the rear driver side.

This thread doesnt deliver the goods.

Lol jk (neither of my grandmas drive) but, I hope you get er all fixed :)

I'll get it figured out. I know the car is running rich as hell, I know I need more timing in it, I know I have the wrong converter in it . . and probably the wrong gears.

And . . . I'm definitely putting it on the spray . . LOTS of spray

Going down the track today felt like riding the bus. :lame:
