Problem with back bumper since way back!!!HELP!!!

My Mustang is a 1998 GT as you know and i bought but my Saleen rear bumper but, it didnt come with the vents cut out. What could i do to solve this problem? And, was it supposed to come cut already? Can somone help me?? PLEEEZE?!?!?!

i would just use a dremel tool and carefully make a small square inside the cutout spot, and then use a file, or another
dremel extension to widen it out to your liking.
