Professional products or trick flow?

Ive been looking at some upper and lower intake manifolds and was wondering what was better for the money?Also this is gonna be my daily driver and would either of these hurt my motor in the long run? or it is pretty much worthless unless i get heads and cam? how much power should i expect to get also?

Im not sure about the 5.0's power wise. Probubly get more out of it then a 4.6 would though. Ive heard guys in here say PP isnt that good. If you dont get a response here ( yea like these post whores would skip one) pm ryclef.

I jsut looked threw the summit catalog scoot and Edelbrock makes one. Says adds 35 hp. Thats probubly flywheel but good mod if you ask me. Edelbrock has been in business a long time and is a trusted name.
