I have had a few sn95’s over the years and then a brief stint with a C5 corvette, after selling the corvette I came to my senses and bought another Ford.

This is how I bought it. Had a stock 302, a c4 automatic and an open diff 8” with 2.71 gears

The original plan was to install this fresh 306 with a weiand 174 supercharger a t56 viper spec and a built 8.8 with 3.73

I love where this is heading! Mavericks share a ton of parts with Mustangs.

The plan then escalated to include a front coilover suspension upgrade

Holley super sniper efi

4 link rear suspension

Built myself some subframe connectors

Installed a lot of sound deadening

Temporary new wheels until I finalize suspension setup

Purchased a Baer big brake kit for the front and cobra brakes for the rear with wilwood master cylinder.

that looks like the same back brake kit I have and love. Hell they are even polished with red letters...

The FR500 wheels are cool but they are almost as common as black bullet wheels so I can understand wanting something else.

Rear wheel mocked up with cobra brakes

Customized my UPR rear diff girdle

yeah cool car. The town i grew up in here in Colorado there's was a guy when i was teenager that had a kick ass fast maverick. it was that light blue color. I think he surprised a lot of people when they pulled up next to him and revved.
