RARE 96 mustang gt 248a

I was just informed that I have a 248a that is somewhat rare. Picked it up for $3, 000 with 83,xxx miles almost mint conditon. Was this a good find?

It's a good find for $3000 if it's running well. 83xxx miles is pretty low.

Doesn't matter if it's rare, having a package with manual everything isn't really something that increases value.

I'm guessing 'GT 248a' is another ay of saying 'GTS'?
It is rare to a point.. Doesn't really increase the value, more of a 'cool' factor IMO. Maybe in like 10+ years it will affect the price point more..

It runs great bone stock I ran 9.33 in the 1/8th with a 2.1 60ft

Thats what oi have, its lighter less shit to break and no shitty leather to crack, but no its not worth more because of it, the mileage helps but thats it.

"rare" -- they still made 1000000000 of the 248a's. are they more rare than the standard GTs? yes, but as Ferocious said, they aren't more valuable becuase not many people are into stripped-down models.
