Re: Koni Yellows & Granatelli Coil Conversion (Will it Fit)

I performed the search function and couldn't find any yes or no. I've asked this same question on a few other forums with zero answers.

I currently have Granatelli coil springs on stock spec KYB struts (suspension travel is terrible and it rides badly). Here's my coils:

I purchased Koni Yellows since they were 25% off. My question is will they fit? Comparing the two (current set up and Yellows, it would appear so:

Current:

I will make modifications if need be, but I wanted to see if anyone is running this set-up.

If not, the coilover sleeves should fit over the Koni's as the Bilstiens require a different sleeve.

Installed the struts this weekend with the Granatelli coils. I had a little issue getting the coil sleeves off the old struts (dirt and debris was under the sleeve).

After beating at it, we got it off. The coils fit perfectly and the ride is much improved. Found a laundry list of other issues I need to address as well...
