Hi!
I’m on my 25th day of owning this wonderful 1995 mustang GT. I was told by the seller that some previous owner had installed an alarm.
The buzzing goes on and on 50 seconds are ignition and I’d like to remove the alarm.
Does anyone know where I should start to remove this alarm and which kind of alarm this is.

I have a few videos of the engine bay:

Here is the alarm after ignition:

Best regards to all of you and thank you for sharing your knowledge.

judging by the 2 leds you might have more than one. Follow the wires from the leds to the main module and then you will probably find a mess of wires. Follow each one and disconnect and then make sure that there is no bare copper showing. If by chance they hooked up the starter kill and it is just the usual relay/normally closed starter kill you can just leave it alone. If it is a normally open starter kill disconnecting the alarm will mean that the car will not be able to start until we reconnect the starter wires.

Are you referring to the leds going to the hood in the start of the video of the enginebay?

ok the vids would not play for me first time. The alarm siren and mercury switch on the hood are not hooked up. That beeping you hear means you have a warning light out in the dash. remove the gauge cluster and one of the warning lights(abs, CEL, ect) is out or if you removed one recently rather than fix the solution, that is your problem.

Ahh thanks!

I've looked online and the 5 beeps are not related to any alarms but elsewhere.

Is the alarm siren not a standart part of the 1995 mustang? I've attached a picture. If I can yank it out, I'd sure like to.Siren.png

you can pull it out, it is not working and is not stock equipment. Like I said the beeps are an audible alert to tell you a visual alert is not working. It is not uncommon that people give up trying to fix the problem and just pull the CEL out and that will cause this.

Okay the alarm siren is pulled out. You were right - it was NOT connected to anything;)
The buzzing is coming from the 5 beeps from the airbag module. I'm currently looking into the problem. I've changed the fuse and it keeps blowing. I'll just have to remove the dash/radio and have a look at the airbag module.

So in short - it's not a aftermarket alarm - it's the airbag module.

not long ago someone showed pics of a cap they had to replace in theirs. Now have you completely disconnected the abs module to confirm the beeps stop and that it isn't the warning light beeps?

Quick update.
The airbag module is out and the beeping has stopped. I know it's dangerous to drive around without an airbag, but I've pulled the module for now. At least I know that it isn't working now, but before I didn't.
There is an alarm system - Karr shock sensor system which I'd like to remove in the future, but for now I'm happy.

Here are some photos of the Karr system from underneath the drivers footwell.
I'm not sure I'm ready to rip the system apart. If anyone is able to help or point me towards a guide or forum then it would be great!

Well it is a shit install. T-taps are a BIG NONO in the security world. Sucks because they often damage the wire if they are not used correctly and can cause a small cut in the actual copper of the wire and limit current.

But removing them is easy. Follow each wires to where the connect and remove the t-tap and then insulate the wire with some tape. Now that orange wire normally is a wire that goes to ground when the alarm is active to cut the starter wire. This is the only wire that would actually require them to cut the wire and insert a relay in between them to cut the circuit. IF they have soldered or used some good crimp connectors on that relay install you can just disconnect the orange wire from the relay, insulate it and leave the relay in place. Otherwise you will need to cut the wires and then reconnect the starter wire.

Thanks for the help.
I’ve decided to let the system sit for now. Right now, the beeping is gone since the airbag module is removed, and I’m going to wait until next winter to remove the aftermarket alarm.

EDIT: And you're right - it is not a nice install.
I was changing the blinker relay as I’m replacing the blinker bulbs with LEDs, and they are hyper flashing, which I totally understand.
With my normal bulbs, my hazard lights are not working, but the left/right blinkers are working.
With the LEDs, the hazard lights work, but the left/right blinkers don’t. I’ll keep the normal bulbs this summer, but I suspect some of the wiring and relays from this aftermarket alarm are causing the issue.

the alarm should not be causing any problems like that unless there is a serious problem. There is only one connection for the lights and you just tap into the wire, it isn't like the starter wire where it has to be cut and a relay inserted. My guess would be the multifunction switch, although I found my cruise control amplifier was somehow causing my brake lights to only get 9v for some strange reason so almost anything is possible with electronics sometimes....
