Since the P-1SC is off getting serviced at Procharger, I'm kicking around the idea of having my intake manifold cover powder coated wrinkle black. It's seems pretty simple to remove, but I wanted to get some input from you all. Is there a gasket for it? Any specific torque for the bolts, or pattern for removal and reinstallation. My Haynes guide only lists the lower section of the intake.

Take it off and see what it looks like. They are "reusable" rubber gaskets, but these cars are now over 25 years old.
It removes very easily, just a dozen or so bolts.
I powder coated mine wrinkle black along with the timing cover and valve covers.

I would like to go from the metallic grey to wrinkle black and also do the metal intake piping to throttle body in wrinkle black.
