Anyone got any ideas or experience removing one from a '94 Gt?The shock tower seems to be getting in the way

Did you take the master cylinder OFF the booster first? .

It should be just get under the dash, un do the rod, pop the (3 or 4 I can't remember which) nuts off and it SHOULD come out. SOME people pound a dent into the strut tower. You should HAVE to do this. As you pull it out, rotate it toward the motor. It helps to have a friend under the dash, tap on the back of the stud...one of them tends to hangup. Once its out, do yourself a favor and elongate the one hole that hangs up. Its a BITCH but it can come out. Hopefully yours is a GT and not a Cobra.

everything is unbolted, when i pull on the booster the studs keep hanging in the holes and it hits the shock tower.....ive thought about using the ol BFH,but theres not alot of swinging room with the booster still in place
