Ringing Noise is Driving Me Nuts!

So I'm starting to go a little loopy with this ringing noise. Basically it's coming from under the glove box (blower motor stuff down there?) and it starts right after the car is started and continues to ring until a minute after the car is shut down. I've unplugged two connectors down there which eliminated my HVAC functions but it's still ringing.
