Recently bought another 98 4.6 but with a 5 speed and a siezed motor, I pulled the motor and replaced it with a 2002 crown vic motor since doing so ive done plugs,o2 sensors(upstream),exhaust manifold gaskets(stock manifolds),fuel filter and thermostat, also bought o/r xpipe from fb which is not connected to anything after the xpipe, now since doing all this the car runs and drives but not the best as i can get up to speed fine if I lightly gas it but once i go wot it seems to sputter.
Im kinda learning to read the live data but am still lost, ltft are both pegged at idle but come down to about -6 at wot

Well, at face value, it seems as if the mass air meter isn’t doing it’s job. Have you ran the OBD2 codes? Anything could help.

I have comes up with p0175 and p0172 also rhe rear o2s are unplugged, dont know if that helps, also I unplugged mass air flow at idle and it died so I figured that was good

Bear with us, it’s difficult to troubleshoot over the web but we can run through the basics.

1. Have you checked the fuel pressure at idle?

2. Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

3. Can you verify you don’t have a sticking injector?

4. Pull the plugs to verify it’s all 8 cylinders rich?

Sticking injector on both banks would be extremely rare. I would look at vac leak or evap.

Very late due to clutch failure but shes back up again and the rear o2s are plugged up so no codes for that just the two rich codes, I have not done a fuel pressure test yet and as far as vac leaks go everything seems good apart from maybe the dorman intake ive had to put on, plugs and wires are new as i tried that before but the old plugs were a darker brown maybe black ring

Im sure it something superrrr simple but ive tried the things I know of already so something like a fuel pressure test(which ive never done myslef) may lead me in the right direction
