what color are they, flat black or gloss black?

i think the stock saleens were gloss.. mine are off of a black 97 gt... so mine are just imposters haha

i want to figure it out because i see cars with them gloss then i see some with flat. i wanna paint them when i pain the bottom of my bumper.
