I was wondering the same but assuming it was a microwave/convection combination. Pretty sure they still don't recommend drying paint in an oven you cook in but hell I can't eat most good food out of a good oven so my opinion is pretty much moot on the subj....

is cooking it in not the goal? or is that bad for it in some way?

yes you want to speed up the curing process with heat, which causes the paint to outgas while it cures. No problem there, the question is what chemicals might have stayed in the oven and it might effect your food after. Most people I know that do it have a separate old POS oven they use not the one they cook in. I saw a neighbor with one out at the end of his driveway last week for free and if I could have found a place for it I would be baking paint fer sure...
