Setting TPS, Help...

So i checked my tps and its reading 1.05 key on engine off.

I read that to adjust it i loosen the screws and then turn it, and then tighten until its set between .98 and .99 volts

Is this correct?

I didnt have the correct tool to get the phillips bolts off mine were really jammed but i am gonna get it done tommorow,
Is this the correct method?

just make sure you turn it very very little. you need some patience to get, just take your time.
