95ft-lbs is what it tourque to i think my new idea is to redegree with the timing cover on then re loctite it and tourque it a little more like 100 ft-lbs or something then use the drivetrain to make the motor not rotate then i should have it running tomarrow

well i the harmonic balance is toruqued i used the vehicles drivetrain to take on the rotating of the motor so now i just need to through my degree stuff back on and double check everything then tourque the bolts down a little more then i will be on my way. so she won't run tonight but she hopefully will tomarrow

i have now modified my degree wheel to work with my fluid dampner and will be setting up some stuff other wise she will be redegreed tonight and possibly a few more parts on

Good luck man. I don't quite have the time on my hands as of yet to dig into a project like that yet. Some day I will dig into an engine.
