She just started to act up...

well i was out driving and my car just started running really crappy... lol almost like it was on 7 cylinders no power can smell unburnt gas out the exhuast.. i was thinking would be a plug wire but i looked around didnt see any cracks or burns they all appeared to be connected well.... any ideas? :comando:

nevermind i found a wire burnt right through good thing i have parts for 4 stangs kickin around.

This might sound stupid or you may already know this trick..but at night time pop the hood while car is running and pull out the light bulb. now that you got it dark in there. take a bottle of water with a spray nozzle to a fine mist and strat spraying..if there is any cracks in any wire ..you will see little static sparks ,,if its a big one youll see bigger sparks etc..that has worked for me many times.
