I'm needing new rotars, and i'm torn between buying stock one's, or buying stock one's slotted and drilled. All togather stock and pads, and fluid should run 250 bucks. while slotted, drilled and fluids and pad for 400 bucks. Is this a bad idea for a daily driver, generally speaking?

spend the money! Good brakes are worth it!. compare the price to your insurance deductable. Some have had the cross drills crack between the holes and prefer just slotted. I on the other hand have never had ANY problems and I have not had to replace my kevlar pads or cut the brembo rotors in 8 years, which used to be a daily driver. Also I dont have any grooving / heat stress ect and still have alot of pad left. Hot gases are your ENEMY!
