Smog issues

I had a question about these cars, will they run any different with malfunctioning smog equipment? I have CEL emissions codes such as 332, 314, 311, 334 and 558 KOEO and KOER. Thing is I dont have smog in my state so I'm not too worried and don't wanna spend the money to fix it or delete it but I'd like the car to still run normal as it's my daily. Plus this motor was in top mechanical shape no burning oil, no valvetrain noises, maintenance on par so I'd like it to stay running perfect without something stupid like smog to start messing with the mixture or something. So far I've noticed no performance loss, issues.

No. People diable the smog stuff all the time with no issues. The only issue you’ll have is an annoying check engine light.
