I know but reason for that is I use to work for ups, And I had to deal with paypal for all the damage and lost /stolen shipments/ package claims it was not fun , if you worked with them Like I did you would know how much of scumbags they are as a company sadly they are the " monopoly" of payments for ebay / shipping. this is why I will not do business with them, so I do check or money order. USPS Postal money order is just as safe because you tracking proof its delivered and insurance, and its federal offense / freud you **** the post office lol so its safe for the shipper and buyer.
