Got it installed. Took about 45 minutes. Bumper comes off real easy. Decided to install on passenger side, little to right of push bumper.

I removed the Styrofoam bumper by drilling out 2 rivets.

Drilled and mounted. Make sure you pick a spot that you can get to the back side of the bolts.

Final look. I did use loctite red on the hook hardware. Remember to measure twice, drill once. :)

Sick dude! Glad you got it installed, I'm going to add the thing about making sure you drill where you can reach the back of the bumper to the instructions.

Good job! can you get a shot from farther back? I'd like to see the overall look. When you are ready I want a Blue one....no hurry

Oh yeah...how does that foam come off? Easy?

do you guys find it easy to drill into the front bumper? I tried drilling into the rear once and couldn't even get one tiny hole through it.

I can ship you out a blue one on tuesday or wednesday. Did you get my pm?
The foam on mine (96 gt) was connected to the bumper cover not the crash bar so I just carved out where the bracket goes instead of removing it. Looks like Rich's foam was connected differently than mine so I'm not sure how he did it.

It is some friggin' hard sheetmetal. When I went to puch it for a drill guide the puch just shot back at me and it didn't leave an indent. I used a small bit, slow drill speed, needs to be sharp!!! Then step up till you get the right size.

I'll take a better pic later. Right now I'm pissed at the car, having some issues wiring a kill switch. Went from a 5 minute job, to 2 hours. Grrr.

The foam is attached with 2 rivets. I drilled them out, they are just below where the headlight come to a point.

Yeah the bumper is pretty hard to get through. I drilled the first small hole at low speed and then tried to use a greenlee punch. Broke two of them. Finally just ended up drilling it out with like three different size bits.
