I'm pretty sure it fits on the v6, gt, and cobra bumper. I've measured the dimensions and there the same but I haven't actually seen one installed on a new edge yet.

I'm assuming you mean the front, and the tube bumper had it's own tow hook option. Different bracket structure, same placement on car

There's a prototype on my car already and it works great. Going to send a revised version down to [MENTION=10532]MadStang[/MENTION] so we can get some hard data on a properly setup car with a properly setup driver, both of which I don't currently have.

Sounds good. Rear is attached to the rear crash bumper via a bracket.
