snapped bearing retainer

Pulled the transmission yesterday because my TOB has been chattering. The bearing was sized to the retainer and it was obviously snapped off. What should I replace it with? I found a billet one on the t45 source.
My clutch fork also has a little wear on it where the whole bearing was spining on it. Should I replace it and if so what should I get?

I am also replacing the clutch, pilot bearing, resurfacing flywheel, rear seal, throwout bearing, clutch cable and quadrant.
