Solid cowl panel

Used to have a solid cowl panel on a fox and was looking for one for our cars and this is about the only one I've found.

Has anyone used or know anyone that had one of these? I'm wondering how they hold up compared to stock plastic ones.

Much better quality but the solid one isn't done yet.

That looks good, but I'd almost feel bad about painting it since I'd want it flat black. I'm not a fan of Carbon Fiber (the look anyway). I'll keep checking back and I might pick one up.
