All taken with an iPhone 8 let me know which one you believe to be #1 submitting to a popular mustang magazine [emoji8]

I think you subconsciously have this as your top pick. Other than that ribbon or whatever is on front bumper it is a nice picture.

Yeah that ribbon ruined that pic for me. Car looks extra glossy

The paint color pops more so in all the photos except the first one but honestly they are all excellent photos to submit. Not sure how recent it was painted or what you do to take care of it but the paint looks amazing.

Good luck

Third from the bottom.

Magazines tend to cut off a bit around the edges- and the bottom 2 already trim off some of your car. Theyll cut into your bumper in that case. #2 is a nice shot, but suffers the same problem. 3 and 4 have the sun in a bad position, casting odd shadows and not accentuating the lines and paint of the car for the angle you are shooting in.

Front the first set:

From the second set:

I agree with white95

Here's my critique if you want it. If you don't just ignore it. I've been doing photography for a long time.

1st set:
#1. not a fan of the filter
#2. Really solid picture
#3, 5 Too much clutter in the background.
#4. Good composure, lighting is kind of harsh, I would crop it in tighter.
#6. Composure and lighting are good but maybe cropped too tight
#7. I prefer the composure and crop of #2

2nd set:
#1. Good picture
#2. Clutter in the background is distracting
#3. I really like this picture but the mix of light and shadows on the car hurts it. Ideally you'd want the whole car in the shadow to avoid the harsh light. It has a hotspot on the door that will draw the viewer attention.
#4. Unnatural subject placement on the left side and clutter in the background.
