I both love and despise those cars. You see, I own a 67 Triumph GT6. I bought it because, at the time, in my price range, any Z was too expensive for a project car. I like the looks of the Triumph better, but comparing it with the first gen Z, it is clearly obvious why Triumph, and well, the British automotive industry went under.

My cousin is a Z head. has a couple 280Z, ones a 76 with a 82/83 Turbo/Injected motor. Uses it for Nebraska SORC (Open Road Challenge). I was his navigator once, those are pretty roomy, sure sits on the ground. He has a 350Z i've driven and felt semi-cramped, you and I are the same height, but I'm all legs, not as much torso. They have a 280Z that needs resto also, and picked up a fairlady for cheap (but in great shape), that I won't attempt to squeeze into.

I’d of approved of this if it was a 370 but the 350?!?

Hard to go wrong with a Nissan 3.5 V6 for longevity and power. The 3.7 rev up (stick shifts) had a oil consumption issue. The 3.5 is powerful and smooth. Things to watch on it are the spark plugs are probably wet with oil right now unless you changed them. The seals tend to leak in the rocker cover. not a huge deal, ebay has new rocker covers for less then 100 bucks with all new gaskets. Its a PITA but not ridiculous. Much more a sports car than the stang, faster than most SN-95 GT 'stangs but a totally different experience. Congrats on the new ride!

sounds fun, but just not a fan of that body. If you like it and love driving it, then more power to ya!

a neighbor of mine just pulled out a nice 90's 300z in the driveway. It has a body kit on it that has had some issues. I know there was one down a few houses that was the TT with the all wheel steering which of course means I have never seen him drive it. He explained that it just impossible to keep it aligned. I will try to get a pic.

That car just looks small
I did drive a boxer bmw and talk about a rough ride and being cramped up in it
Beat yourself getting out of one
That car and the boxer look closely the same size
