OK, so the other day when I was servicing the seat tracks under the drivers seat, I noticed that the driver's seat belt is frayed. VERY frayed. I did some looking in to things and see it's a common problem. Unfortunately, the car sat so long, it's way past my time to be able to get a new belt on Ford's dime.
So I figured I'd get another one. Nada. Nothing. They are either not there or I'm just not finding them. Ive found a few belts for coupes, and plenty of rear seat belts, or pre '97/new edge blahblah I can't seem to find them anywhere.
Do new edge belts work in a '98 vert, or am I stuck with a new stealership seat belt (assuming there are any left in circulation)?
