Spark Plug Question

Okay so my new heads (Windsor jr) calls for 14mm 5/8 .40" reach tapered style, Accel #276 or 276s or equivalent.

When I go to cross reference I see Motorcraft AF42. Can anyone help me make sure I purchase the correct plugs? Thanks!

Thanks for the replies, I went to Oreilly yesterday and they cross referenced accel #276 and sold me the Autolite 26, which looks like its a step hotter than stock? What advantages/disadvantages am I looking at?
