Hey Casper,
Followed your writeup on modded mustangs, and got the P.I. intake installed. I have a problem, so I figured I'd ask a ford tech. Long story short, after the swap, when the car warms up now it starts to misfire and studder under load. I had two codes before, P0155 and P0303. First one is an upstream 02 sensor, second one is a cylinder 3 misfire. I fixed the second one by replacing the plug and the spark plug boot, reset the computer by disconnecting the battery again, so all I have now is the P0155, which I don't think is really that important considering I have an o/r h. With the cylinder 3 misfire the car wouldn't idle right and such, now it idles fine and it's good when it's not under load, but ONLY when it warms up it starts to buck and such when I get on it. Any ideas as to what is going on? Thanks in advance!

Hey man. The misfire is usuall when people do this. I went with coil packs, wires and plugs. So i didnt have a problem. The p0155 is a bank2 sensor 1 code and would very well be a damaged 02 sensor. off road pipe doesnt mean anytihng because its a front sensor. When you did the swap you might have gotten something on the 02 sensor wether it be coolant or something else that got burned up when you started the car. If you drive it, it may go away. If not you may need a new b2s1 o2 sensor. Hope this helps.

Thanks, just fixed it today! What I did was take the plenum off, and found the gasket between the intake manifold and plenum was ripped, so we fixed that. Also took the fuel rails off again and cleaned the injectors and holes, and replaced all of the spark plugs, and now it runs like a champ. If anyone does this swap, I strongly recommend you swap spark plugs and clean the injectors BEFORE you reassemble, to save yourself some time later. Thanks for your help!
