I am putting on h&r supersports on soon and I was wondering if I should put the insulators on or not. I want it to be as low as possible with out rubbing anything

Put them on if they are in good shape...everyone wants it slammed until they bottom out on everything. Too low can actually negatively effect handeling.

most ppl put them in because there sacred of 'squeaking' to eliminate this wrap mabye 6 layers of electrical tape instead, you will be about 1/4" lower then.
