spring insulators

I am putting on h&r supersports on soon and I was wondering if I should put the insulators on or not. I want it to be as low as possible with out rubbing anything

Put them on if they are in good shape...everyone wants it slammed until they bottom out on everything. Too low can actually negatively effect handeling.

I left mine on, i cant see a good reason to leave them off. ;)

I put urethane isolators on mine and my drop is perfect.

most ppl put them in because there sacred of 'squeaking' to eliminate this wrap mabye 6 layers of electrical tape instead, you will be about 1/4" lower then.
