I always, always have a spare belt, or two.I would probably try a new belt. It’s never bad to have a back up belt, or you could try it and return it if it still squeals

Yeah, it’s got a trigger handle kinda like you’d see on a garden hose, then a short tube, the catch can, then a LONG tube that I guess goes to the bleeder valve on top of each caliper. You just turn the top of the catch can to change the direction (vacuum or filling). Got it at NAPA($46). I have a buddy coming over to help tomorrow around 10am PST. He also used to work at a brake shop “back in the day” so I’m thinking he probably knows how the procedure goes.if your using that power bleeder just keep on sucking/filling and it will work.
