I am in the process of looking for a converter for my car. I want to go with a "street edge" 3000rpm carbon lock up stall. Here is a list of my mods:

SLP longtube headers
slp o/r xpipe
slp loudmouth catback
4.10 gears
shift kit
steeda udp
bbk cai
70mm t/b
plenum

Does that sound like a good stall to go with my mods?? Too high or too low? After the stall, the only other mod i am going to do to my car is get it diablo chipped/dyno tuned...thanks guys

I had a 2800 PI stall in my 98 and it worked great, I dont see any problem useing a 3000 in your car. Just keep in mind you dont want to go to high on the stall rpm, as that will just cause excess heat in the trans and more load on the motor. I let PI pick out mine, even though I had a idea of what I wanted (2600)

I have a PI but if I were to buy a new one, I would buy one of these www.circledspecialties.com You ask for Kris and tell him that Johnny Langtons friend...Adam sent you over there. He will take care of you. he might say "Adam who? " But he will still take care of you. :)
