Hello, I have a 1995 Mustang with a 96' V6 engine swap, I finally got it running and driving and I drove it 40 minutes back to my place with no issues aside from a dead battery that I had to jump. When I got it back I left it idling for a while, inspected it and it was running fine so then I shut it off. The next morning I tried to start it and it gives me nothing, no starter click, nothing from the starter, though the clock and radio do turn off when I go to try and start it.

I've
- Checked my clutch safety switch, I have it bypassed with a 10A fuse and the fuse isnt blown so
-Checked my ignition switch fuses, they were fine
-Swapped my starter relay with my horn relay, didn't work
-Checked the fuel switch in the trunk, tried to reset it, didn't do anything
-Already replaced the ignition switch recently
-Already replaced the starter recently

The only thing I can think of now is the battery was too dead? But that doesnt make a lot of sense because I was using my NOCO GB40 jump starter on it which should be fine, and every single light on the dashboard was shining bright not dim, and there was also zero starter click at all, not even like it was trying to activate it. Not sure what to do now.

Sounds like a starter giving up. Get under the car with a hammer and give it a few whacks. It really helps if someone is trying to start it while you whack, just be careful and dont get ran over. To make a long story short, simply surrender and buy a new starter.

have you tried to thump the starter? Technical taps? They are known to bind up and a light tap with a wrench/hammer is all that is needed to free it up for a little while.

I'll give that a shot, the starter I replaced about a year ago and only just started using it now after a little bit of sitting so that could be it.

Yeah tapping it didn't seem to do a whole lot, I have a covering plate under my car so I wedged a metal pole inbetween the headers and whacked it from above and it didn't make a difference.

Next thing is to check the voltage while cranking.
Should I do that through the starter relay or just hooking it up to the starter itself? Which ones should I hook up to with the multimeter?

well I would start at the relay. If you have power there then go to the starter. Now at the relay you should have one terminal that will go hot with the key while cranking(either pin 85 or 86) and there should be another 12v terminal(either 87 or 30). If you look on the bottom of the relay you can see small numbers printed next to the pins.
