Stock ecm

I got this 03 gt that apparently someone tuned and now doesn't have a stock tune anymore...I found one from 97 to 00 that's stock but I'm not sure what the difference was from 00 to 03 as far as the motor and stock tune goes....anyone have thoughts?

I would think a good tuner should be able to get it back to nearly stock specks if they do not have one saved already.

I'm picking a ecm and tuner from a person...they have a turbo tune on it but have the stock tune plus the preprogrammed tunes from sct
