Stock T5 Help

So my synchros are going out in second and fifth. So, I want to do a rebuild kit. Any suggestions? Also I have 4.10 rear gears and I was wondering if there is a way I can rebuild the tranny so fifth gear is low. Thanks!

I don't think its advertised on their site yet but call about their "Super T5." I'd be money on it that its better than my g-force
