Strange Noise

I've had my V6 Auto for about 5 months now, and ever since I got it I have had this noise coming from the engine. You can only hear the noise when the engine is under load, when parked or driving around. Since I'm having an issue with a hanging idle, you can really hear it when the rpm hangs until it decides to go down. Same goes for putting it in first or second and driving like that.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance.

What kind of noise?

It's kind of like an exhaust leak noise.
